Joe Bygraves is an up-and-coming singer-songwriter from Bedfordshire. His signature soft guitar and memorable singalong lyrics has earned him the stripes of a rising star in his local music scene. It's worth mentioning that Joe has opened for the likes of Paloma Faith, Jools Holland and Ronan Keating, playing to crowds of thousands.
Joe is also a formidable performer with a growing loyal and supportive fanbase, selling out his first headline show at the Craufurd Arms, Milton Keynes in 2022 as well as appearances at Bedford Esquires and The Horn, St Albans.
Joe’s discography includes singles ‘Bring Me Down’, which landed Joe a set at BBC Introducing Live, and ‘Wild Nights’ which made it onto Spotify’s Discover Weekly, Soft Pop and Pop Hits playlists. Securing Joe's discography over 235k streams on Spotify alone.
The new single, ‘Someone Else’ takes inspiration from Ed Sheeran, Coldplay and Tom Grennan, combining anthemic guitar and soaring vocals to create a memorable pop ballad.
In 2020, when the UK’s venues were shuttered, Joe was selected to write and perform the official campaign anthem of the #WeMakeEvents movement, ‘Stand As One’. Joe worked tirelessly to represent the plight of the music and entertainment industry during the coronavirus pandemic. Culminating in a riverboat concert alongside Frank Turner and Mark King (of hit 80s band Level 42), the campaign was a wild ride for Joe, with ‘Stand As One’ mixed at the famous Abbey Road studios, and accompanying music video shot at Camden’s legendary Roundhouse.
Joe’s guitar driven pop has seen him line up more headline gigs for 2023. Armed with the assured tone and full sound of ‘Someone Else’ - he’s set to kick off the touring season in style starting with his headline gig at Bedford Esquires on the 8th of April!
